    • AFSCME unsuccessfully alleged that the collective bargaining reform violated the Equal Protection Clause of the Iowa Constitution and their right to Freedom of Association
  • Governor Reynolds Vetoes Changes to Medical Cannabidiol Law
    • The veto leaves current law in place which allows Iowans diagnosed with certain medical conditions to obtain medical Cannabidiol as recommended by their doctor
