GOP: Meet the Members: Holly Brink

December 10, 2018

Holly grew up on a farm in Keokuk County and graduated from Oskaloosa High School.  She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education with endorsements in American History, Psychology, and Coaching from William Penn University.  Currently, Holly works as a District Sales Coordinator for American Family Life Assurance of Columbus (Aflac) along with helping on the family farm. For the past decade, her career with Aflac has focused on working with businesses in southern Iowa to help provide strategies and solutions for the changing workforce markets.  She also works closely with individuals to educate them on insurance options.

Holly has been actively involved in the community as a member of the Oskaloosa Chamber and Development Board and the Rotary.  She serves on a steering committee of the Oskaloosa Christian School’s largest fundraiser and volunteers with other organizations throughout the region.  She was instrumental in the development and finance of the Pre-K system in her community.

Holly and her husband, Adam live on their family farm north of Oskaloosa where they are raising their three children, Garisin (14-years-old), Baylen (8-years-old), and Harbor (5-years-old).  The family attends First Christian Reform Church in Oskaloosa.

In the House, Holly will strive to improve the business climate in Iowa, ensure the agricultural economy and family farms stabilize, and she will work tirelessly for our children’s education and future.
